Your online request is not an appointment until confirmed by Chase’n Dreams Hair Studio. We cannot guarantee your appointment date and time is available, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. All appointments are schedule in the order in which they are received. Remember be specific about services needed when submitting your request, check off every service you intend to receive so we can schedule you appropriately. Please be sure to request an appointment at least a week in advance. You will receive notification of confirmation via email when your appointment is on the books.

• SAME DAY appointments are welcomed if availability is open.

When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel, within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment we require a minimum 24 hours notice otherwise a $35.00 cancellation fee will be applied towards your next visit. Once your appointment is scheduled you are allotted a 30 minute grace period following your appointment time to arrive. If you do not arrive within that time, the salon has the right to decline your appointment and you will need to reschedule.
